How do you receive your work?

We can arrange for the work to be delivered to you or to the desired location in various ways.

Own transport

With our own transport service, we deliver the works to your desired location. At art fairs, we even deliver to your stand.

We deliver twice a week in Amsterdam, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But we can also deliver throughout the country.

We pick up prints from many frame makers and photo labs. It is important to plan your work in good time so that you can make use of this relatively attractive service.

Time deliveries can of course also be arranged at an agreed rate depending on your location.

Parcel service

Your work can be delivered by a parcel service if the dimensions allow this type of shipping. This is especially convenient if our route is not close to your destination.

If the work is suitable for safe packaging, it can be delivered at a reduced rate to anywhere in the country, but also abroad.

This option depends on your work:

  • size (up to ca 90×90 cm)
  • weight (up to approx. 35 kg)
  • fragility (no glass framing)

Worldwide deliveries

By cooperating with renowned art transporters, your work can be delivered all over the world. All the hassle of customs formalities is taken out of your hands.

Depending on the location, the carriers sometimes arrive at the place of destination with their own transport. A crate is then not necessary, which saves on costs. With a good transport box, your work can also be transported with a parcel service such as UPS | FedEx | DHL.

This option depends on your work:

  • size (up to approx. 90×90 cm)
  • weight (up to approx. 35 kg)
  • fragility (no framing with glass)

WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR (INTER)NATIONAL TRANSPORT!

We can provide your artworks ready for transport in sturdy custom-made crates.

The crates are delivered in accordance with the ISPM-15 requirements.

This means that your transport can travel to all corners of the planet without any problems, and will be immediately admitted to the country of destination without any delays at Customs.

The world standard ISPM-15 lays down measures to prevent live pests from spreading through wooden packaging.

In doing so, we ensure that the panels end up nicely enclosed in the crate. Each panel is individually packed in foamed bubble wrap with blue protective corners.
