Melanie is Wilcovak first contact. Mostly she will pick up the phone. As an administrative staff member she supports Sandra and Erik. Furthermore Melanie takes care of PR publishing and organization. Once started as an intern, now fully capable of all and everything since March 2017.

She knows how to tackle things, because during peaks Melanie likes to stand her ground in production.
